Cross Country – Wild and rugged Trevi by MTB

Get onto the saddle of your MTB and follow us along this route in the mountains that overlook the beautiful medieval village of Trevi.

We will start from Trevi heading towards its nearby mountains. We’ll be cycling through lush woods crossed by ancient paths and the pedalling will be a bit tough, but we’ll soon be climbing higher and immersing ourselves in some of the wildest and most unspoiled nature in the region.

It won’t be a very long route, about 25 kilometres, but you’ll be putting yourself to the test on dirt tracks and with a climb of over 1000 metres in total. Don’t let this put you off, though, as the beauty of these places will spur you on. The wonder and exquisiteness of nature around you will reward your efforts until you reach the top, where you can have a rest before heading down again towards Trevi to close this magnificent circular route.

Recommended clothing

For this activity we recommend comfortable clothing that does not restrict your freedom of movement.
We recommend wearing the right footwear for the type of bike you are going to use.
We strongly recommend the use of a crash helmet suitable for biking.

We also recommend you bring:

A comfortable backpack suitable for cycling/walking
A warm sweater, such as a technical sports shir, for sudden drops in temperature
A change of clothes (especially socks) in case of sudden rain
Hat with a sun visor
Warm hat
Gloves
Sunscreen.

Mechanical assistance for repairs in case of punctures, problems with brakes or other malfunctions that can be dealt with on the spot.

Bicycles and related accessories are not included in this itinerary.

If you wish, you can choose bike hire from amongst our additional options. We will provide you with the bike that’s best suited to the type of route, taking your preferences into consideration, including helmets, pedaling accessories and spare parts for ordinary repairs. We have various types of bikes available, including e-bikes.

The activity will last about 4 hours, including small stops. However, the duration may vary depending on the pace of the group and the need to take fewer or more breaks.
