Along the old Spoleto-Norcia railway

This fantastic trek will take place along the ancient Spoleto-Norcia railway, which used to be a very important communication and connection route that allowed passengers to reach the upper Valnerina, now reopened for the benefit of hikers and bikers. Now famous for the beauty of the views and the path itself, our trek will literally take us along the old railway line. We will pass galleries, bridges and viaducts, along what was considered a masterpiece of Alpine-style engineering but fitting seamlessly into the typical Apennine landscape. The path is not particularly difficult or steep, making it suitable for all walkers, whether expert or not. The section that our guide has selected for you is the one that goes from Spoleto to Caprareccia station. What are you waiting for? Recommended clothing

For this activity we recommend comfortable clothing that does not restrict your freedom of movement.
Bring a windcheater/anorak with you, even if the activity takes place in the summer months.
We recommend you wear trekking footwear.

– A comfortable backpack suitable for cycling/walking
– A warm sweater, such as a technical sports shir, for sudden drops in temperature
– A change of clothes (especially socks) in case of sudden rain
