The Sacred Woods of Sassovivo

Between the Serrone and Aguzzo mountains, near Foligno, there is a magnificent wood known as Il bosco di Sassovivo.

Sassovivo is in fact the name of the area where the ancient Abbazia di Santa Croce also stands, popularly known as the Abbazia di Sassovivo.

Nearby there is also a park known as the Parco delle Fonti di Sassovivo.

In short, this is a pristine, unspoilt area where contact with nature, tranquillity and magnificent views combine to give you a memorable experience should you opt to book this route.

Our guide will accompany you in this plunge into nature, which involves a short but intense trek that will stimulate and satisfy both body and mind.
