This farm stay is located right on the other side of the hill with respect to Gubbio and is completely surrounded by nature.
The farm stay building was originally an ancient stone house used by sharecroppers. Wisely and carefully renovated, it has become a modern accommodation facility.
Cesare, the manager, will be able to make you feel at home if you choose to stay overnight in one of his apartments. The interior furnishings are simple and clean. Pleasant to the eye, they are never overly grandiose but classic and harmonious. The external area is very spacious and well cared for: you will find a large BBQ area and a spacious portico where you can eat, a lovely swimming pool, a volleyball court and even a small lake for sport fishing. All this at a farmstead completely nestled in the greenery.
And if you like walking and hiking this is certainly the place for you. Several trails start from the farm, which can be taken both by mountain bike and on foot. From here you can venture into the woods or go directly to Gubbio on a picturesque circular path.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation is free of charge if made at least 15 days before the start date of your stay. If you cancel between 15 and 7 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 50% penalty. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of your stay, the penalty applied will be 100%.
