The first thing you will notice as soon as you arrive at this farmhouse is the magnificent view. The farmhouse is located right on top of a small hill near Perugia, just outside the walls of a medieval village, looking down over the Umbrian valley with a magnificent view of Perugia and the villages towards the Apennines.
The property is located in an old sharecroppers’ farmstead, now beautifully restored. The interiors are simple but well cared for, with spacious rooms and classic furnishings.
You will be greeted by Daniela and her family who run the property. Hospitality and courtesy are the order of the day here, but the real surprise is the cuisine. The cook will prepare typical Umbrian dishes made exclusively with local ingredients and you will also have the pleasure of tasting the farm’s self-produced oil.
The exterior is well manicured, with green areas and a swimming pool. This farm stay is ideal for a family with children or simply for those who want to enjoy nature as well as peace and quiet.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation is free of charge if made at least 7 days before the start date of your stay. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of your stay, the penalty applied will be 100% .
