An 11th-century medieval fortress built to defend the valley it overlooks from the top of its green hill. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland teeming with wildlife, this residence is ideal for lovers of nature, photography or painting. The atmosphere that is created is magical and invites inner peace. At night you will be delighted and surprised by the blanket of stars that cover the castle, far from the light pollution and stress of the city.
The residence is in an excellent position for visiting some of the most important towns and cities in Umbria, being situated just over twenty minutes from both Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi. In addition, the castle is located along the Way of St Francis, close to some of the most beautiful trails to cover on foot, by bike or on horseback.
The rooms are furnished with care and subtle elegance, with original age-old materials. All have balconies and overlook breath-taking views. There is also a swimming pool in the castle garden, which overlooks the surrounding countryside.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation is free of charge if made at least 20 days before the start date of your stay. If you cancel between 20 and 15 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 30% penalty. If you cancel between 15 and 7 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 50% penalty. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of your stay, the penalty applied will be 100%.
