If you only have one day available and you are curious about the city of Orvieto, this is the trip for you.

You will discover its most ancient origins, literally going underground to find them via the Orvieto underground circuit. You will then come up again to almost lose yourself in the maze of narrow streets in the historic centre. Strolling among ancient buildings and bright, spacious squares, you will emerge right in front of the imposing Duomo. This cathedral will leave you quite speechless.

As soon as your tour is over, lunch will be waiting for you at a winery just outside the city walls. You will immediately be welcomed with a fine glass of wine and, after a short tour of the company to learn about the production processes and products, you will be taken to the tasting room. Here a rich menu based on typical local products will be served to you by the staff, accompanied by a tasting of the company’s wines. The lunch will consist of a starter, first course, second course, side dish, dessert and coffee and can be modified according to allergies, intolerances or food preferences.

In the afternoon, you will be free to stroll through the beautiful countryside, among vines and olive groves, or to return to the historic centre to browse around the shops.
