From Lake Trasimeno towards the Tuscan lakes of Chiusi and Valdichiana

The lakes of Chiusi and Montepulciano in Valdichiana, together with Lake Trasimeno, sketch out singular, unmistakable landscapes. You will cycle over the gently rolling hills that connect the three lakes, travelling on the border between Umbria and Tuscany.

The circular route extends along wide gravel-based cart tracks and open paths on natural terrain, so we recommend the use of a MTB or a gravel bike. The slopes are mostly moderate.
