Before the Vespa is assigned to you, the manager will let you try it in order to explain how to use it and to make sure you are able to drive it. The manager might decide not to give you the Vespa if he feels you are not experienced enought to drive it, this is only to assure that you and other clients can live this experience in complete safety. If this happens you will be offered full refund of this experience or an alternative option.
