Come and experience truffle hunting immersed in the lush green hills between Gubbio and Perugia

A day of clean fresh air, nature, the most beautiful landscapes and one of the products that best represents Umbrian excellence. By taking part in this truffle hunt you will have the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic day out in the wooded hills between Perugia and Gubbio, accompanied by our expert truffle hunter and his faithful dog. You will walk on paths and open fields in search of the precious tuber that underpins this experience: the truffle.

You will follow the dog’s nose and the experience of the truffle hunter until you learn to find and ‘dig up’ a truffle yourself. In these areas, unlike in the rest of Umbria, you can also find white truffles.

After about an hour and a half of hunting, you will return with your spoils to the starting point, where you can immediately taste some delicious products based on what has just been collected. If you want you can also enjoy a full lunch prepared with the truffle you have dug up. Just select the option from the ‘extra options’ connected to this experience.
