Among rows of vines and breath-taking views, this trek will give you an overall insight into everything that comes before the wine, before its production, even before the harvest. Walking through vineyards, and depending on the season, you’ll find out about the different phases of the cultivation of this extraordinary and much-loved plant, which in this area yields one of the most renowned wines in the region: Sagrantino.

Our guide will enable you to discover wonderful agricultural landscapes and views over the hills. You’ll be taking a step back into the past of these lands in order to get a better understanding of the present. Your guide will be a fountain of knowledge and provide answer to your questions about the area.

Walking through the hills, you’ll have your gaze firmly fixed on the whole of the Umbria valley and its villages while remaining on the slopes of the Martani mountains. This is a landscape that will remain impressed in your heart and mind for a long time to come.

Bring a windcheater/anorak with you, even if the activity takes place in the summer months.

– A warm sweater, such as a technical sports shir, for sudden drops in temperature
– A change of clothes (especially socks) in case of sudden rain
