An excursion through lush, gently-rolling countryside on paths travelled by St Francis, crossing the hills between Assisi from Gubbio. Riding our beautiful, impressive but very docile horses, you’ll be able to ride through these hills on small paths full of dense vegetation right up to the top of the hills which, besides offering total peace and serenity, provide breath-taking views across the entire area.

So, jump in the saddle and get to know your horse: begin by listening to him and let him get to know you, then all you have to do is let yourself be carried majestically along mule tracks with their gnarly roots and branches, to boundless clearings.

You will be accompanied along the entire route by our experienced professionals who know the horses really well and are experts in guiding groups of horse riders. They’ll be able to give you any other information you may need.

Recommended clothing

Comfortable, sporty clothing is recommended. You will be with your horse for almost the entire duration of the excursion, so we advise you not to pay much attention to elegance but to focus on comfort.
