Lake Trasimeno, at the landing places at Castiglione del Lago and Tuoro sul Trasimeno, offers sports enthusiasts the opportunity to experience high-flying water-sports activities such as kite surfing. On this kitesurfing course on Lake Trasimeno, lasting a total of four hours, you will be able to learn the basics of a discipline that’s becoming increasingly popular among water-sports enthusiasts. You will first be kitted out with all the necessary equipment: kite, board, wetsuit, life jacket and harness. Followed step-by-step by highly qualified instructors, we will then move on to an explanation of the various phases of the activity, starting with the basic safety rules, passing through take-off, piloting and landing techniques, before venturing out to practice on the waters of Lake Trasimeno, where you can throw yourself straight in, make a few first attempts and then maybe embellish with a few small tricks!

The more you learn, the more fun you have! Once you have the basic knowledge you need, kitesurfing is a thrilling and adrenalin-charged sport.

At the end of the activity you will be able to try your first launches from the water board in complete safety and autonomy. At the end of the activity, an IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) certification will also be issued, depending on the level you have achieved. What are you waiting for? Recommended clothing

Bring with you a change of clothes or a bathing costume/trunks, a towel and water-proof mules.
On colder days we suggest you wear a technical sports sweater.

Included

You will be given a Neoprene wetsuit, a helmet and a harness to do the activity in total safety. In the starting area there are showers, toilets and changing rooms where you can change for the departure and where you can leave your personal or valuable items.
