This Boutique Hotel is located a few kilometres from Lake Trasimeno, in the historic centre of the ancient village of Paciano, near the border between Umbria and Tuscany. Built inside an old historic building that was once a cultural hub as well as Paciano’s own little theatre, the hotel has become a space in which art and theatre play a leading role. In fact, the rooms and all the communal areas are inspired by the concept of ‘theatre’ in all its forms.
A great deal of attention has been put into the communal areas and cleanliness: the garden, the internal cloister illuminated by sunlight, the conference room converted from the former theatre and, finally, the hall. The hotel is also equipped with play spaces for children, a well-stocked library and areas dedicated to socializing.
The rooms are comfortable, all different and furnished in detail. They enjoy an exclusive view of the village or the splendid Umbrian-Tuscan countryside. Fitted with oak parquet and exposed beams, they ensure an excellent night’s sleep thanks to the state-of-the-art beds. The bathrooms have large showers or jacuzzi tubs and are equipped with paraben-free olive oil toiletries. Cancellation policy
The cancellation is free of charge if made at least 20 days before the start date of your stay. If you cancel between 20 and 15 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 30% penalty. If you cancel between 15 and 7 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 50% penalty. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of your stay, the penalty applied will be 100%.
