This farm stay is located halfway between Gubbio and Perugia, right at the base of the Apennines. Completely surrounded by greenery, in a position overlooking one of the valleys that ripple through this mountainous stretch, it offers tourists a completely peaceful and tranquil stay. If you want you can simply enjoy the silence, listening to nature or peacefully relaxing, but this property is also a crossroads of hiking and mountain bike trails. You can set off from here to visit nearby villages, taking one of the paths within easy reach, including the famous Way of St Francis, a route that crosses the whole of Umbria.
The farm stay has a number of apartments that are simple but very well-kept, with classic, elegant furnishings reflecting the style of the farmhouse it once was. There are very large green spaces and the property offers a range of facilities you can opt to enjoy during your stay, such as the swimming pool, the bowling green, table tennis and much more.
You can also decide to use the BBQ for your meals if you wish.

Cancellation policy
The cancellation is free of charge if made at least 20 days before the start date of your stay. If you cancel between 20 and 15 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 30% penalty. If you cancel between 15 and 7 days before the start date of your stay, we will apply a 50% penalty. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date of your stay, the penalty applied will be 100%.
